Major elements of structural scope included excavation of basement to lower existing elevation approx.. 4’-0”, and full excavation of rear yard to match, existing rear building foundation wall removed & new rear terrace/driveway framed above rear yard excavation, new stair & residential elevator on all levels, floor plan reconfiguration at all existing levels and new framing of each floor structure, new stair bulkhead at roof level & accessible roof deck.
