LUCKY STRIKE
A complete renovation to the existing commercial space located on the ground floor. The structural scope of renovation included raised floor for a significant area of the space to accommodate the bowling floor layout, exterior entry canopy, hanger support for new mechanical units, kitchen hood, and bowling score monitors, new stair structure in various locations accommodating raised floor areas and sloping sidewalk grade, new scrubber platform.
