GREENWICH VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE
A significant renovation to the existing four-story townhouse. Structural work included lowering a portion of existing cellar, new concrete retaining wall, entire re-framing of first floor level at lower elevation than existing, new interior stair framed on all existing floors, new framed skylight & hatched opening, significant renovations to rear façade at lower levels, steel dunnage for new HVAC units at roof level.
