owering existing basement slab level to accommodate increased ceiling height (accomplished by “benching” the bottom of the foundation walls not underpinning), installation of new columns and footings at basement, rooftop dunnage for HVAC unit support, renovations to East & South storefront walls, new openings in rear masonry bearing wall, stabilization of South masonry building wall.
