Significant renovation to the existing six-story structure. Structural scope included complete sequenced widening of existing SW corner cut-out for full height of building, new interior stair/elevator core, new balconies added at SW of building, new penthouse structure with exterior terraces, new exterior deck and storage cabanas on penthouse roof, infill of various existing floor openings and design of new floor or wall openings.
